What your space can become

Designed for your home.
Built for your life.

HPC designs and builds custom patio covers and freestanding pavilions across Greater Houston. We start with the connection to your home: roof shape, ceiling height, posts, finishes and the way people move between the house and the backyard. Then we coordinate the structure with the patio below it, lighting, fans and any kitchen or fire feature in the plan.

A considered roofline

Explore an attached patio cover or a freestanding pavilion. We review how roof connections, posts and sightlines affect the architecture of your home.

Room for real life

Plan circulation around seating, dining, cooking and pool access before setting the footprint. Shade should support the way you actually use your yard.

A coordinated build

Engineering, utilities, drainage and approval requirements are reviewed for your property before construction. Finishes are selected as part of one plan.

In the homeowner’s words

We had an amazing experience with Houston Precision Construction! Richard and his team did an incredible job on our patio and outdoor area. The final result is absolutely beautiful and came out exactly the way we had planned and envisioned it. From beginning to end, Richard and his team were very organized, professional, and attentive to every detail. The quality of their work really shows. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and absolutely love our new outdoor space.
