Our pool planning begins with the whole backyard. Pool placement, access, decking, sightlines and the connection to the home all influence the design. We coordinate the pool with your outdoor living goals so the space functions as one environment, from a quiet morning outside to a full weekend of entertaining.
The right footprint
Review pool shape, water depth, steps and seating in relation to the yard. Equipment placement and construction access are part of early planning.
An integrated surround
Coordinate the deck, coping, patio cover and outdoor kitchen so material choices and circulation work together.
A clear scope
Define equipment, lighting, optional features and included site work in the proposal. Discuss approvals and construction sequencing before the start.

Finishes you can see and feel
Pebble interior finish, travertine coping and waterline tile, selected with you to complement your home. Coping finishes the pool edge; surrounding decking is a separate scope.

An integrated spa is part of the starting pool scope. Your proposal defines the pool layout, dimensions and selected equipment.
Convenient control
Fully automated equipment with variable-speed pumps and smartphone control of connected pool and spa functions.
Evenings by the water
Color LED lighting is included, with fixture selections and quantities defined in your proposal.

What shapes your project’s price?
Pool layout, site access, excavation conditions, equipment placement and the distance to electrical, gas and other utility connections affect the investment. Engineering, permits, decking and related structures are defined in the project proposal.
Custom pool and spa packages start at $80,000.
Your package includes an integrated spa, pebble finish, travertine coping, waterline tile, variable-speed pumps, automation with phone control, color LED lighting, a robotic cleaner and hands-on pool school.
Complete the space your way. Pool decking is priced separately, with options ranging from concrete to pavers and travertine. During your consultation, we’ll help you choose the layout and materials that fit your backyard and budget.
We prepare your custom quote after reviewing the property and material selections.

Do you install fiberglass pools?
No. HPC does not offer fiberglass pools.
Does the pool package include a spa?
A spa is included in our starting pool package. An outdoor kitchen and other outdoor living features can be coordinated as additional scope. HPC does not offer standalone spa or hot tub installation.
