The everyday outdoor extension

Richmond: A covered patio with a kitchen and a coordinated surface.

The space, considered

Details that bring
it all together.

A covered gathering space, a compact kitchen and a stone-overlay patio extend this home into the backyard. The brick, pale ceiling and stone details create a cohesive setting for everyday use.

Look at how the finished surface connects seating, dining and cooking. The same completed project can offer useful references for both a patio cover and a surface finish.

In the homeowner’s words

We had an amazing experience with Houston Precision Construction! Richard and his team did an incredible job on our patio and outdoor area. The final result is absolutely beautiful and came out exactly the way we had planned and envisioned it. From beginning to end, Richard and his team were very organized, professional, and attentive to every detail. The quality of their work really shows. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and absolutely love our new outdoor space.
