From a focused grill island to a kitchen beneath a covered pavilion, we plan the layout around cooking habits, appliance sizes, counter space and seating. Our scope includes a CMU/concrete-block frame, selected stone finishes, and granite measurement, fabrication and installation. Gas, electrical, water and drain connections are coordinated with the appliance specifications and existing utility locations. Your proposal identifies the included connections and finishes; appliances are priced separately.
A layout that works
Allow room for food preparation, serving and people passing behind the cook. Grill, smoker, griddle and refrigerator positions are planned together.
Structure & finishes
A CMU/concrete-block frame supports the kitchen layout. Selected stone finishes and granite measurement, fabrication and installation bring the finished surfaces together.
Appliances & utilities
Finalize appliance selections, cutouts and the required gas, electrical, water and drainage connections as part of the scope.

What shapes your project’s price?
Cabinet and countertop selections, appliance dimensions, layout and the distance to gas, water, drainage and electrical connections affect the investment. Any associated structure, engineering and permit requirements are reviewed separately in the defined scope. Appliances are priced separately.
Outdoor kitchen projects typically start at $15,000, excluding appliances. Appliance selections and costs are clearly defined in your proposal.

Yes. Planning the kitchen, shade structure and hardscape together helps coordinate circulation, utilities and finishes.
