Richard has made our patio build project not only smooth, but enjoyable. As someone who gets overwhelmed with making all the decisions when the options seem endless, Richard asked specific questions to drill down to what I really wanted and my expectations of the space.

He gave me pros and cons of materials or looks I found online and that was a tremendous help in my decision-making process.
